COACH AARON

(Owner)

Athletic Background:

  • Aaron has completed multiple Marathons, Triathlons/ Ironmans and obstacle races

  • With almost 20 years of Military experience, Aaron has completed and also led some of the most grueling physical and mental training events in the Army.   

  • Qualified for the 2013 National Championship in Olympic Distance Triathlons

Crossfit Background:  

  • Avid CrossFitter since 2008

Coaching Background:

  • Certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2)

  • CrossFit Scaling Course Certificate 

  • 10 Years of Coaching Experience

  • Aaron has prepared countless individuals for selection to special operations units

COACH Bekah
(Manager)

Athletic Background:

  • Former Track & Cross Country athlete 

  • Bekah has a love for paddle boarding and hiking

  • Grew up in Colorado and has summited several 12-14,000ft  mountains

Crossfit Background:  

  • Avid in CrossFit for 3 years

Coaching Background:

  • Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

COACH LACI

Athletic Background:

  • Laci was a former collegiate basketball player

  • Laci is passionate about outdoor activities and has completed multiple Spartan races. 

Crossfit Background:  

  • Consistent training in CrossFit since 2011 

Coaching Background:

  • Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer

COACH Danielle

Athletic Background:

  • Danielle grew up traveling and  performing in ballet

  • Prior Army Medic, Currently a Law Enforcement Officer leading her to focus in strength training 

  • Dabbles in martial arts, Strongman and Highland games 

Crossfit Background:  

  • Avid training since 2016

Coaching Background:

  • Certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2)

  • Online Certificates in Anatomy, Lesson Planning, Spot the Flaw and Running 

  • Adaptive Training

  • Gymnastics

  • Strongman

  • Weightlifting

  • Scaling 

COACH ERIK

Athletic Background:

  • As a youth, and throughout High School, Erik played tackle Football, Wrestled (folkstyle and freestyle), and raced BMX’s

  • As an adult, Erik has competed in multiple CrossFit Competitions, Trail Races, and Obstacle Course Races

Crossfit Background:  

  • Started CrossFit during a Deployment in 2008 and has been hooked since

COACH Andre

Athletic Background:

  • Andre has competed in Olympic Lifting competitions

  • Andre has completed multiple races ranging from 5k to 10 miles

  • Trained in Olympic lifting and military athlete programs since 2011

  • Over 18 years of military experience

  • Avid CrossFitter since 2012

COACH MICHELLE
(Personal Trainer)

Athletic Background:

  • Collegiate soccer athlete

  • Michelle loves exploring the outdoors, hiking, and biking

  • Aspiring and currently training to compete in Weightlifting in the 49 KG weight class

  • Michelle  has competed in multiple CrossFit Competitions

Crossfit Background:  

  • Found CrossFit in 2013 and it became the driving force behind Michelle’s fitness and coaching journey

CHERYLE
(Yoga Instructor)

Cheryle Dangell 200 RYT; was introduced to yoga in 2003 in Texas she has been practicing in every duty station since. She obtained her 200 hour RYT here in North Carolina and has predominantly taught on Fort Bragg since 2013. Cheryle is a Reiki Master and has BS in Sociology and a B.Msc (Metaphysics) and is an Ordain Minister.  She has been trained in aromatherapy and Raindrop Technic and presented nationally as public speaker in the area of victimology, life post-trauma and healthy living. Cheryle is currently a 500 RYT student. Her day job: Research Site Coordinator for the University of Minnesota on Fort Bragg. 

LUNA 

Last but not least, our famous Coach Luna regularly paw-patrols the gym looking for anyone wanting extra credit ball throws.

Athletic Background:

Luna is undefeated in the 100-meter dash 

Crossfit Background: 

Luna's favorite WOD is PAW-ner ball throw AMRAP 

Luna has been a Dog-Fitter for almost 2 years
