(Owner/ Programmer)

  • Aaron has completed multiple Marathons, Triathlons/ Ironmans and obstacle races

  • With almost 20 years of Military experience, Aaron has completed and also led some of the most grueling physical and mental training events in the Army.   

  • Qualified for the 2013 National Championship in Olympic Distance Triathlons

  • 12 Years of Coaching Experience

  • Aaron has prepared countless individuals for selection to special operations units

(Manager)

  • Bekah has a love for paddle boarding and hiking

  • Grew up in Colorado and has summited several 12-14,000ft  mountains

COACH CHERYLE
(Yoga Instructor)

Cheryle Dangell 200 RYT; was introduced to yoga in 2003 in Texas she has been practicing in every duty station since. She obtained her 200 hour RYT here in North Carolina and has predominantly taught on Fort Bragg since 2013. Cheryle is a Reiki Master and has BS in Sociology and a B.Msc (Metaphysics) and is an Ordain Minister.  She has been trained in aromatherapy and Raindrop Technic and presented nationally as public speaker in the area of victimology, life post-trauma and healthy living. Cheryle is currently a 500 RYT student. Her day job: Research Site Coordinator for the University of Minnesota on Fort Bragg.
