Athletic Background:

  • Aaron has completed multiple Marathons, Triathlons/ Ironmans and obstacle races

  • With almost 20 years of Military experience, Aaron has completed and also led some of the most grueling physical and mental training events in the Army.   

  • Qualified for the 2013 National Championship in Olympic Distance Triathlons

Crossfit Background:  

  • Avid CrossFitter since 2008

Coaching Background:

  • Certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2)

  • CrossFit Scaling Course Certificate 

  • 9 Years of Coaching Experience

  • Aaron has prepared countless individuals for selection to special operations units


Athletic Background:

  • Laci was a former collegiate basketball player

  • Laci is passionate about outdoor activities and has completed multiple Spartan races. 

Crossfit Background:  

  • Consistent training in CrossFit since 2011 

Coaching Background:

  • Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer


Athletic Background:

  • Johnny has former experience in martial arts, boxing, cross country, and swimming

  • Johnny has completed multiple Tough Mudder and Spartan races

Crossfit Background:  

  • Consistent training in CrossFit since 2012

Coaching Background:

  • Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

  • Group Fitness/Bootcamp Instructor through the American Sports & Fitness Association


Athletic Background:

  • 3 years of college baseball in Kansas where he was an all conference

  • Matt has competed in multiple local CrossFit competitions

Crossfit Background:  

  • Avid in CrossFit for 3 years

Coaching Background:

  • Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

  • Currently enrolled and working towards in Bachelors degree in Exercise physiology


Athletic Background:

  • Kyle has experience competing at various levels of fitness to include spartan races as well as long-distance endurance races.

  • Kyle is a top ten finisher in the Fort Bragg All American Marathon and the All American week 10 miler.

Crossfit Background:  

  • Consistent training in CrossFit since 2017

Coaching Background:

  • Kyle is a graduate of Ranger School and spent his first assignment on Fort Bragg training and working with some of the best Paratroopers in the world.

  • Kylie is currently working through the Special Operations Forces (SOF) pipeline.

CHERYLE (yoga instructor)

Cheryle Dangell 200 RYT; was introduced to yoga in 2003 in Texas she has been practicing in every duty station since. She obtained her 200 hour RYT here in North Carolina and has predominantly taught on Fort Bragg since 2013. Cheryle is a Reiki Master and has BS in Sociology and a B.Msc (Metaphysics) and is an Ordain Minister.  She has been trained in aromatherapy and Raindrop Technic and presented nationally as public speaker in the area of victimology, life post-trauma and healthy living. Cheryle is currently a 500 RYT student. Her day job: Research Site Coordinator for the University of Minnesota on Fort Bragg. 


Last but not least, our famous Coach Luna regularly paw-patrols the gym looking for anyone wanting extra credit ball throws.

Athletic Background::

Luna is undefeated in the 100-meter dash 

Crossfit Background: 

Luna's favorite WOD is PAW-ner ball throw  AMRAP 

Luna has been a Dog-Fitter for almost 2 years
